Biography.
Anita is an inspired sociologist with 15+ years experience in personal development and training, and over 8 years experience as an entrepreneur, coach and trainer. She's a certified systemic coach and innovation consultant skilled in coaching and mentoring, creative and agile processes, innovation methods, qualitative research, organizational development and management training.
Besides running her own business, Anita's roles have included co-founding an interdisciplinary consultancy and being the right hand of a founder duo pioneering the digital music industry. She lives with her partner in Berlin, and is a mother of an energetic toddler, she understand the challenges of being on the fast track at work while also balancing family and personal life.
